Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated as you use the Service:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, business name, and billing/shipping address.
• Order information: products purchased, order history, delivery preferences, and invoices.
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Communications: messages you send us (including live chat), inquiries, and newsletter subscriptions.
• Usage data: log data, device/browser information, and cookies used to operate and improve the Service.

Certain administrative features let authorized team members connect their Google account to bring their own Google Tasks into our dashboard. When you connect Google, we request only the permissions needed for that feature (the Google Tasks scope). With your consent we access, display, create, update, and delete your Google Tasks and task lists solely to provide the in-dashboard task management feature you requested.

• We store an OAuth refresh token per connected account so the feature keeps working; it is kept on our servers and is never sold or shared.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature, comply with the law, or as part of a merger with appropriate protections.
• You can disconnect at any time from the integration screen, or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting deletes the stored token.

Gem State Greens' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Process and fulfill orders, subscriptions, invoices, and wholesale accounts.
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries and chat messages.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, order updates, invoices) and, with consent, marketing emails.
• Operate, secure, and improve the Service and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the Service, including:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.
• Google — sign-in and the optional Google Tasks integration.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only for the purposes we specify.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
