Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe. A card processing fee (configurable, e.g. 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) may be added at checkout and is displayed before you pay.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Recurring subscriptions and wholesale standing orders continue until paused or cancelled. You may manage or cancel them from your account or by contacting us. Charges apply for each fulfillment cycle unless cancelled beforehand.

Wholesale pricing, net terms, and tiered discounts are available to approved businesses. We may request business documentation and reserve the right to approve or decline applications and to adjust terms.

Our products are fresh, perishable microgreens. We deliver and offer pickup within our service areas. Because of the perishable nature of the products, all sales are generally final; if there is a quality issue with your order, contact us promptly and we will make it right.

The Service may let you connect third-party accounts (such as Google Tasks) to enable optional features. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You may disconnect them at any time. Access to Google data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, infringing others' rights, or using it for unlawful purposes.

The Service and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — are owned by Gem State Greens or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gem State Greens will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
