Pea shoots are a solid source of vitamins C, A, and folate, along with plant-based protein and dietary fiber. They also deliver a meaningful dose of antioxidants, including beta-carotene.
10-14 days refrigerated
Store unwashed in the clamshell or an airtight container in the coldest part of your refrigerator, and rinse just before serving.
